Will you restock a sold out item?
Yes, unless the item is no longer being made.
How can I be placed on a waiting list and be notified once an item is restocked?
Click the link and include your name, email address, dress name, size and colour (if it is an option), quantity that you want to be notified about.
I am in between sizes, which size do I pick?
Every brand fits differently, we advise that you measure yourself carefully. If you are unsure, we recommend that you go up a size or buy both sizes and return the size that doesn't fit. Please keep in mind that the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and ensure that you follow the return procedure and whether the item is eligible for return.
How do I measure correctly?
Measuring your bust:
Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (measure tape is to remain flat and under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) you to get the measurement.
Measuring your waist:
Use the tape to circle your waist keep it flat (just like a belt) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) To get an accurate measurement Don’t suck in your stomach!
If you are measuring for a low waist skirt (for example), lower the measuring tape to the height you want to wear the skirt and take that measurement.
Measuring your hips:
Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, and around the other hip to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your bum. Make sure the tape is level for an accurate measurement, you can do this in front of the mirror to ensure tape is level.
If an item is not correct in size or fit can I exchange or return it?
Yes of course, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Where an an item is eligible for exchange (refer to return and exchange policy). Please contact us straight away and follow the exchange policy procedure outlined here.
Can I call to order an item?
At this point we do not take phone calls, all items must be purchase on our website.
Do all brands fit the same?
No, you need to check the size chart for each brand and use this as a guide. We include include the brands size chart with each item and advise that you measure yourself carefully before selecting the size. If you are unsure please don't hesitate to and we will do our best to guide you.
Are all measurements exactly as specified?
All brands vary, we always go by the manufacturers size guidelines provided to us and measurements are a guide only.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items are non returnable so please select carefully. However, we will be happy to exchange if it is not right fit for you as long as the item is eligible for exchange please read our exchange policy. If you are unsure feel free to contact us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently use PayPal Internet Payment Gateway, in combination with a 168 bit SSL encryption, to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet.
We accept direct debit, credit card (including Master Card and Visa).
What happens to my credit card/payment information?
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All items are listed in AUD (Australian $).
Can I Lay-by an item?
We do not currently have this feature but we are definitely looking into adding this feature very soon. If you are interested please email us and we will notify you once Lay-by is available.
Why did my order get cancelled?
It is important that your billing information matches with your credit card billing statement. If it does not match your order will be cancelled.
What do I do if my order has the wrong shipping address?
If you have already processed your order and your order displays incorrect shipping information, you must contact Bad Betty Couture via the contact us link to correct or adjust the information. You must advise us ASAP so we can make the adjustments before the item(s) are posted.
Do you ship internationally?
You will need to contact us if you would like to purchase from abroad so we can work out the shipping fees.
